Default Idle issue after cam/heads...

Hey guys, mayb you can help me out here. I installed my cam/head package (in sig) a couple weeks ago, and had it tuned. Ive been having issues with the idle in stop/go traffic, parking lots, and sitting at red lights. The idle will drop down to 500rpm then eventually die. Other than that it drives fine and starts right up everytime. Ive had my tuner adjust it twice now and its still happening. Ive also replaced my IAC. Any advice/input? Thanks.

Sounds like it could be a vaccuum leak or bad tune. With that small a camshaft, there should be no need to drill a hole in the blade to correct idle issues. That's a band-aid on a bullet hole with this mild setup.

I double checked all lines for a vacuum leak and everything seems ok. The shop i got my tune from is pretty reputable...ive heard good and bad things about them, mainly how the owner is a jerk, but never about bad workmanship.

I really dont want to drill my tb blade....unless i ABSOLUTELY have to. I didnt think id have drive ability issues with this set up...

It could be a bad MAF if it is not the IAC which you already replaced. Borrow a MAF from another car and try it.
