98 W/P gaskets are paper. 99+ are reusable and are part# 12559271 and are sold individually so you need 2. Crank bolt is 12557840. The #s I have for the head gaskets are old.

The individual R&L head gasket #s I have for 98-01 LS1s now change to a gasket kit that is both gaskets and the head bolts and lists for around $200 from GM. I know Scoggin Dickey sells the gaskets and bolts a lot cheaper. I just don't have their part #s. Look for them here. ----------------------->

no intake gasket is need, if your buying new it should come with the gaskets.

-edit: ya, you have an 01 so you already have an ls6 intake. the gaskets are re-usable anyway so just keep your stock one.

The 02+ is a tri metal head gasket but it can only be used if your heads do not have the notch in the machined surface.
