Default LQ4 Recommendation

So the LS1 crapped out, im wanting to do a budget build and transfer all parts over from ls1 to an lq4 longblock being sold for a great price. I plan to run the all motor and know the lq4 pistons are dished which has a lower compression rating. So my question, what to run using existing parts:

1) LQ4 with my PRC 5.3l stage 2.5 heads 59cc, 224r cam, fast 90 intake, ls2 tb, 30lb injectors

2) LQ4 with PRC 5.3l stage 2.5 heads 59cc, 228/230 cam, fast 90 intake, ls2 tb, 30lb injectors

3) LQ4 with milled 64cc 317's, 224r cam, fast 90 intake, ls2 tb, 30lb injectors

4) LQ4 with milled 64cc 317's, 228/230 cam fast 90 intake, ls2 tb, 30lb injectors.

In calculating the compression for the lq4 with 59cc heads compression will be close to 11:1 using stock head gasket. Looking for 420 to 450, engine will go in c5.

Just need imput, any information is appreciated.

your pretty close to naming my exact build with exception of the difference in heads... I'd probably choose your choice #2 out of the ones you listed. I don't think PTV clearance would be an issue. But it's always safer to double check...
