I called them and they recomended the ARP 234-6301 Waveloc 2000 bolts, which I bought and they don't fit all the way through the cap due to either the shoulder on the bolt or the little sleeve thats on the cap side. So I was wondering if that was the bolt that everyone else is using.

There is no "wavelock" to them in the LS bolts. You have to take that "sleeve" out. That is the reason for the shoulder on the bolt, to register the cap correctly.

I can think of a few creative ways, but probably a pick would be easy.

yeah, that sleeve is really in there. I think I'm going to have to break out my '' precision " tools for this one, I.E. Big Vice, A Big Drift, and the biggest BFH in the drawer. Slightly Joking of course.
