Default How to install Chamfered Rod Bearings?

Ack, i always get stuck with people asking me questions i dont know.
Our engine builder isnt around for this week so i cant ask him!

Ive got some 8-7100CH Federal Mogul Rod Bearings

They appear to be chamfered from looking at them on one side.

Whats the correct way to install these in a rod?? (stock rods, stock crank)

As the two rods go together on the crank, the flat sides will face each other and the chamfered sides face the crank fillets (or whatever they are called). The bearing chamfer should match the rods.

If its a STOCK crank, it really doesnt matter as the stock crank has NO fillets, but like the other said, the *right* way is for the chamfers to point to the crank throw and the flat against the other rod. Itll look funny since LS1 rods have the chamfers all pointing the same way and not the traditional SBC way

Trust me, I have LOTS of experience in this
