upgrade kit 4 stock rockers????

who makes the upgrade kit 4 the stock rockers? and will this kit keep the stock rockers from wearing out the vlaves seals? is this kit post to let the rocks handle more lift?

Comp Cams and Harland Sharp each make an upgraded trunion kit for the stock rocker arms. The newer design helps to eliminate bearing failure, which would have otherwise sent a sh*tload of needle bearings through the motor.
