Default wont idle

Ok so I just finished installing my torquer v2. On first start it idled great, we let it sit for a while and it was running fine then as I went to drive it I put in in gear and let off the clutch then it began to die. Now the car wont idle I have to stay on the gas a little to keep it from turning off is this normal?

Yes.. you need to get tuned after a cam install. Your ecu doesn't know what the **** is going on. Get a mail order tune or a dyno tune.

a car will usually idle smoother/lower after its warmed up and in closed loop.. when you first stared it, it was in open loop, cold and idling in higher. it dies cus of a few things but mainly cus its not getting enough air at low rpms to stay alive.

tune fixes it.

If i do the drill mod to the throttle plate will that help it stay on just so it gets enough air to drive it for now? Its really a pain to have to keep giving it gas and riding the clutch out so it wont die.

Don't do that. Back off the set screw on the TB to hold the blade open a little more. That will get you by until you get a tune in it.
