Default Patriot Stg II 5.3's + G5x2= ....

I just purchased Patriot stg II 5.3s. Im going to be using them with a G5x2 cam and the steel multilayer 2002 head gaskets.

My question is will p/v clearance be doable with this setup?? Im assuming they are not milled i didnt make any request that they be milled .030" at all but im not certain if its standard that they do that or not.

Please let me know your thoughts and power and 1/4 time expections with this setup, current mods are listed below.

Thanks !!!

Tom

Lou would be a good person to get in touch with. If not milled I see no problem but it might be tight with a .030 mill.

Even though they are not milled with the bigger intake valve i beleive the pistons will have to be cut, it would be best to call LG and talk to Lou or Louis.

This is incorrect. If they are unmilled it will go right in. Unless you put it in wrong or built in some wierd advance.

As far as power and 1/4 times, the power will depend on what dyno you go to and the quarter mile times should be in the 11's.
