Default motor parts need some help!!!!

okay so here is what i have done to my trans am

-Mahle rings, new bearings
-Stock pistons and rods w/ ARP rod bolts
-98 casting heads w/ 918 comp springs
-comp hardened pushrods
-228/230 .579/.581 w/ 112+4 LSA
-Melling ported oil pump, new pickup tube
-new timing chain and gears
-LS6 intake
-MSD wires
-SLP Headers, B&B Triflo catback w/ e-cutout
-HP Tuners tuned

i wanted to put new lifters, rockers, and springs but i wouldnt want to buy stock ones and put them in could someone help me out and tell me what i should get it is a DD so NOT knowing ALOT about motors I dont know if changing any of them will drop my mpg. So yeah its not a race car but id like something thats better then stock but not a drag car

you are not hurting mileage too much.what stall converter are you using currently?check out TSP for springs and push rods.if the car is low mileage use or upgrade the stock rocker arms,comp trunion up grade kits from WS-6 store. if mileage is low lifters are ok,if oil was changed regularly.be carefull with the pickup tube installation you could easily pinch the O-ring,order a spare 1.are heads off?

i would assume that its the stock stall converter. the motor was ruild with about 12000 miles and synthetic oil changed every 3 thousand miles. is there packages you can get the ip pages or just straight up tell me what to get
