Default cam for 408 L92 heads???

I am thinking about changing my cam from 232/234 600/600 114+2 on my 370ci to something a little more suited to L92 heads on a 408. I want to keep drive ability similar to my current cam on a 408 but i figured a little more split would be advantageous. You guys think a 232/240 would be better suited with maybe .620-.630 lift? Will be putting stock LS3 heads on top a LQ9 408. Any input is appreciated.

yea i think a bigger spread on the exhaust would benefit an L92 head because the LS3/L92 head exhaust ports aren't a very good flowing exhaust port. What is the intended use of the motor and will it be naturally aspirated? Assuming it is just a mild N/A street setup I would go something like 235/247 .621/.624 on a 113+2 LSA

I would call Shawn at VA. speed and get one from him. He has the L92 heads figured out from what I read on here.....
