LS2/7 Throttle body on an LS6 Motor Issue
Hello-
Hoping someone can help me with a headache I am having.
I have installed a LS2/7 throttle body on a LS2 motor that uses a LS6 wiring harness and PCM (engine was originally used in a 2002 z06 using this motor). I connected the TB using the appropriate adapter harness from Caspers. This motor also uses a LS2 FAST intake manifold. I have verified the wiring harness is correct and functional.
With the key to ON I can control the throttle fine - works as it should. When I try starting it will turn over and fire on occasion, but will never startup and idle. If I blip the throttle while trying to start it will keep firing but will not run when I let off the pedal.
If I swap off this GM LS7 TB and throw on my stock 2002 z06 TB (which doesn't even line up properly), the car will fire right up and idle, albiet roughly.
The engine was reprogrammed to use the 2002 C5 PCM and a 90mm throttle body while on the engine dyno previously.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the response. I am using the TB #12570790, however, so I don't think there should be any communication/compatibility issues?
Also, to add to the fun - the computer throws ZERO codes when the startup fails with the LS2 TB
