Default How much bigger is the 98 99 cam then the 00 01 02?

I read in some other posts that the 98 and 99 cams are bigger then 2000 and up. How much bigger is the cam for the 98 and 99 years? What are the specs? Thanks in advance.

Yes

The tighter LSA enabled the deletion of the EGR system.
