I will try to explain the best i can this is my sons car and i am on his user name.the car is a 98 ss 6 spd.put a 408 stroker motor in it had the pcm baseline tuned to break car in then take to a dyno.we gave all the specs for the cam, heads, comp ratio, rear gear, ect.we were very careful labeling, taging everything so when we put car back together it would be smoother process, all went well.we did not get are o2 extension with headers which are kooks with off road y-pipe,o2 extesions will be here tues but my under standing was the motor would run to break in the first couple of run cycles for 20- 30 minutes couple of oil changes.try to start car no fire getting fuel no spark. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.we have been waiting 3 or 4 months to get this car done.i have no computer program sent work out i am new to this i am old school no computer car knowledge old 60-70 muscle car only all new to me

How are you testing fuel? Are you seeing pressure at the rail or did you pull injectors to see if they were squirting? If injectors are not firing, could be a crank sensor. You may need a different reluctor wheel, should be a 24 tooth.
