Default Piston to valve clearence question

I have a question for a friend of mine
He currently has JPR 5.7L heads milled 30 with a TR220 camshaft. He wants to swap cams for something alittle more powerful.
Will he have piston to valve clearence issues going with a 228/228 .575/.575 112LSA camshaft?

Thanks
