Default New 408 stall not fitting w flex plate and new crank

Has anyone had this problem. I have the stall seated all the way in. I have a tci flex plate and a neal chance stall. All I did was upgrade to a 408.

I noticed the flex plate sticks out alot more with the 408 crank vs the 6.0 crank Its little over a 1/4inch but puts the stall in a bind.

I have the tci sfi flex plate

Crank may be a little different.

May need to have a little taken off of the pilot on the converter.

Did you just change to the TCI flexplate?
