Default need help with head gasket choice

i have a 383 ls1 with -7cc dish pistons and approx a 68cc head. i would like my compression ratio to be 11.25 to 1. what gasket should i use to get it up to that?

With a .040" a -7cc piston and a 68cc chamber you are at 10.4:1. If you want to get to 11.25:1 you will have to mill your heads to 62cc chamber.

i have a .45 gasket. what cc shuld my heads be to get to 11.25? and is it safe to have the compression ratio on 93 octane
