Question ticking with p0327 only (NOT P0332)

OK, i have a tick that sounds very stong under the car,,, not so much in the engine bay (all i can hear up there is the normal sewing machine sounds),, so when im sitting in my seat and open the door, bend down to look under the car,, sounds stongest there,,,, hoping its just an exhaust leak but im also getting a p0327 code,,, but not the other code. i have had both codes show up at one point about a year ago,, (p0327 and p0332) but it seems since ive erased the 0332 code it hasnt came back, but the p0327 comes back after a few start cycles,,, any suggestions? im going to get under her later today to see if i can he-man the collector to y pipe bolts up some more,, the ticking does sound like a very fast tapping or ticking,,, but im worried abou the p0327 without the other code there to jive with the whole "replace them cause of the water thing" since im only getting one code,, and not many threads on here about having just one code,, could that still be the issue even though im not getting a p0332??

Basically the procedure is to:
1. Eliminate any actual mechanical "Knock" from the engine.
2. Assuming there is no real "knock":
a. Check the connection from the knock sensor wiring to the engine wiring harness.
b. Pull the intake and check the knock sensor harness to the sensors.
c. Check/replace the knock sensor(s).
3. If it is not any of the above it can also be connections to the PCM or the PCM itself.

Note: The PDF opens for me so I don't know what that problem could be.

not an exhaust leak,, so i got the scope out and started listening to the engine,, i hear the tapping coming from the passenger side bank,, loudest when the scope is on the very back tube on the header,,,

the tapping goes with the rpms,, and i did miss a shift not long ago,, i will post up after i replace that pushrod.

Well I guess sometimes those pesky knock sensors throw a code just because there is a knock.

ok, pulled the PS valve cover and pulled the last two rockers,, pushrods were fine, pattern was fine,, springs looked good as well... header flange bolts were not,, the two in the middle right next to the dip stick were loose,, not crazy but one of them i bet i turned the bolt a whole rotation before it was to spec,, i didnt drive the car today, but after buttoning her back up last night she had no clicking or tapping, etc when i fired it up,, normaly it would be there right away.
