Default Heads/Cam/valvespring swap break in oil choice?

Swapped heads, cam, valvesprings, etc. Been reading a bit but getting some differing opinions on the oil I should initially put in on first starting it. 5W-30 synthetic, conventional oil, break-in oil...Does it really matter? Opinions and personal use is welcome.

Doesn't matter. Nothing is "seating." Heat cycle the springs then let it rip.

I ran my normal oil for about 500 miles then changed it and they said its good to go there really isn't a break in for it
