Default ls1 vette vs camaro

Ok I bought a 1998 camaro complete ls1 that has become a door stop..... I found a 2000 vette motor I can get...
My question is what will swap over to the other motor to make my swap work.... Other thing I ready paid to have the 98 harness and ecu reflashed and reworked....

(also found a iron 6.0 block could the ls1 heads work on this block any info would help)

Get the iron block, the heads will fit and you have a lot more potiential to make more power with the added cubes not to mention the strength of the iron block. The only draw back is the weight factor, count on an extra 70lbs.

Everything on the Vette motor will swap but you'll have to use your fbody accessories. The iron 6.0 is the same except you'll have to drill/tap new holes to relocate the alternator to factory position.
