Help with water leaking ASAP!! New engine.. Ok for the past couple of days I have been installing a new motor, tranny..yada yada yada. Everything is in place and we were filling up the coolant....all of a sudden out of the back of the passenger head water started to leak out of one of the threaded holes. Am I missing a step? Did I forget to put something back there or can I just put a bolt in it and call it a day? My setup is a ls6 bottom end and 5.3 TEA heads.

Me too. I was pissed at the engine builder till I figured out they just missed a plug. Lost some wetter water. I was more upset that the dog was trying to get in to the stuff

Very true! There are also little gaskets that go in between the coolant crossover and the block. I forgot one of these previously and leaked coolant, couldn't figure out why for a while. Finally I found the gasket and whalaaa!
