It doesnt take long to do the swap, and I want a little bit more aggressive cam, it will take about an 1 1/2 hours to do the swap.

Go custom, something like a 228/232, or a 228/234.

I changed the poll. Added "custom" and voted for it. Do a swap that is going to make a difference if you plan on doing one. 1.5hours? You must have a QTP timing cover then.

Let me add something. I have a 228r, and don't get me wrong, its a great cam. I am probably going to change it in the future for an EPS custom grind to go with the heads I plan on running. I will be flagging down the 500rwhp mark with a 346, and its going to take some $$$ to get there.

If you are an employed mechanic that does them everyday I could see around 1.5hours maybe 2. But getting it all back together and changing the oil....it adds up. I would say 3 hours for me if I didnt have to change the springs. But then again I am not taking off the rockers with an impact wrench either! Not saying that you are OP.

It was an exaduration, to make a statement that is doesn't take that long to do the swap I already have springs PR, it really doesnt take that long to do the swap, I know that it will take longer that 1.5 hrs to do everything. So everyone get off my case.
