Default Rocker selection??

Hey im about to to a cam swap and build on my stock 98 trans am. i already have the ms3 cam comp lifters pushrods and valve springs but ive been wondering about rockers. i dont know the ptv clearance or even what ratio rocker is the best.. or if i should just keep the stock rockers.
any input is great

IMO the best rockers for a H/C/I LS car is the stock stamped rocker with a trunion upgrade. Even the LS engines in development for NASCAR are keeping the stock rockers.

I thought aftermarket heads had bronze valve guides, thus the need for example, Yellaterra rockers to allow for adjustment of the wipe pattern, to stop the scrub motion from wearing out the valve guides.
The trunnion upgrade on the stock rockers is to stop the needle bearings from falling out, correct?
