ls1 vs ls6 heads

Hello i have the opportunity to purchase a set of stock ls6 heads for 400 dollars and i'm just wondering what are the differences in the 2 and benefits i would gain with those over my stock ls1 heads?

The LS6 heads will also increase the compression, it would be great if you could find an LS6 intake to match, that would be a definite 40hp gain.

The 243 heads flow a lot better. They raise the CR up a little. Definitely worth it.

Actually they have the same size valves but untouched the LS6 heads flow around 30cfm more....
