Degree stock cam

how hp i will get from degree stock ls6 cam
stock cam: 204 218 551 555 117.5 LSA
for example degree +3 mean
durtion will be 207 221 ?

Am I wrong ?

You are wrong.

The lobes don't change. It's still a 204/218 but the intake centerline will be advanced 3 degrees to a 114.5 and the exhaust centerline moves to a 120.5
