Question Comp 921 vs. REV Components

My current set up: Lid, Jet Hot Long Tubes, Hooker Y, SLP Loudmouth, Spec Stage-3 Clutch, BMR Suspension w/out Torque Arm. Anyways my question is...

This weekend we will be installing a Futral Motorsports Custom Grind Camshaft - 228"/230" .581"/.591" and I was wondering the differences between the Comp LS1 26931 Kit which is $559.99 and REV Dual Valve Springs, 1.25" OD -For stock spring pocket --SC221 Hardened Seats & TR9814 Titanium Retainers which is fairly cheaper then the Comp kit? Please help me out. I'm planning on buying one or the other tomorrow morning and I'm looking for all the help I can get to make sure I get the right stuff. Thank Alot. Please Help.

Were also going to hook up F4 TNT Kit (Don't know or think it makes a difference)

It looks like a $225 dollar difference between the Comp and REV valvetrain components. Please help.

the revs have had a pretty good amount of problems. several people have broken them. i broke one with 4k miles on it with .575" of lift, well under their rated lift. apparently their new springs are made of a different material and are supposed to be better, but i would still be weary. personally i'd go with the crane dual springs or then the patriots, but i'm thrifty. i've heard nothing but good about the comps, but they're pretty pricey.

Default Patriot Spring Kit

The patriot kit will fit the stock spring pocket. The springs will handle .650 valve lift. The retail sprice is $295.00. This includes Gold dual valve springs, titanium retainers, seat bases and seals.

I would go with either the Comp 918s or the new Crane dual springs. The Comp 921s are an excellent spring as well, just a little more expensive than the two I listed above. Both would work extremely well with the FMS F11 cam.

I would stay far, far away from the REV springs.

We have numerous crane dual setups with good results. They run $359 for seats, retainers, springs and valve seals from us.
