Default High Idle what the heck???

My car when it warms will idle around 1900 when i'm rolling and slowly come down if i come to a complete stop. what could this be? It doesn't do it when its cold and it seems to idle down in stages when its warm. I can't believe at all its a vacuum leak. I also changed my TPS sensor. I do have a breather in my oil fill cap does this do it? It started shortly after i got it tuned.

Possible culprits are the PCV system.. it could have a leak letting in unmetered air. The IAC may not be closing completely after idle (could be gunk on the plunger), and it could be TPS, and even possibly the ECU itself. I was having the same problem and it turned out my TPS readings were jumping from 0% to 5% to 12% even with constant voltage at the TPS of 0.5 volts. I just found that out and will replace the TPS and check all the wiring etc.. but I am almost expecting to replace the ECU itself.

I would imagine the PCV system would effect it when its cold and when it warms up not? so it shouldn't be that.

check your MAF to make sure that there is no gunk on the sensors. If there is then some break cleaner will solve that. Second don't know if you have done so but do you have a drilled butterfly?
