Question I Need help????? I PUT MY DYNO SHEET ON HERE NOW

i need help i wanna see if anyone knows if my pistons are the reason im dynoing so low i have a lq9 6.0l it has forged diamond racing pistons 8cc dish 4.0600 bore with nitrous rings stock crank ls6 ported oil pump forged rods of course double roller timimg chain and the cam is a ms4 cam heads are just mildly ported only 853 heads i also have a 90/90 combo 3800nitrous stall tci 3:73s long tube hooker headers 38# injectors and im only dynoing at 360 BUT @7500RPM MAYBE ITS THE TUNE???to the wheels

i was thinking its either the pistons or the heads????
i know dish piston are low compression pistons but it helps i got a sheet with pistons saying my compression ratio should be around 10.05 is that too low?????

how does the engine sound, have you done a leakdown test? Is there anything abnormal about it?

You might be blowing through the converter or the transmission might be going.

was that run unlocked and what dyno type? Do you have a dyno sheet that you can post?

You need to see whats wrong first because your car should be making more power then that even with a small cam on a stock ls1.

Might look into the heads. Never tried 853 cast heads on any of the 6.0L variants. Aren't those built for a 3.9 inch bore? That could have some effect. As for tuning, we can't really tell unless you post the dyno.

Also why type of dyno was it?

even with stock cast 99 heads with full boltons an auto will be in the 320-340 range. Now look at his setup and you will see something is clearly wrong. That should be a 400+rwhp setup.

My forged motor did the same thing. I was actually running nitrous rings with -8cc diamonds and a TCI 3800 nitrous stall that flashed about 3000. It was loose as a goose. Were you filling the shop with smoke on the dyno? My blow-by was nasty in that aspect. Always burned oil under WOT conditions.

do a compression test or a leak down test.if you take the heads off test the valves for leaks.

It probably isnt the heads holding you back. I think its a combo of your rings and trans/stall.
