I used the kit from Vengeance Racing and it comes with the Yella Terra rockers and TFS 220 heads. The cam is bigger and it made 470hp at the back tires. I also installed a Fast 92 intake, throttle body and 25% under drive pulley. I run kooks long tubes w/o cats through a GMMG exhaust. Sounds killer and makes great power.
Vengeance racing was great to deal with also.

How would that setup be for a daily driver?

Thanks Mike C. thinking about it, a newer and bigger block is a better idea than a SC or turbo. now let me ask you this. if i get the package from vengance for m LS1, down the road when i have mroe money, could i upgrade to like a LS3, LS7 block or something using those heads? if so, would it be worth it. meaning would those heads still make good power on a ls3 block or at the level are there much better heads?

I wouldnt. If I was doing a bigger bore engine its a no brainer to get the L92 or LS3 heads. LS3 heads flow better & are much cheaper than anything. Problem is the LS3s dont fit on a 3.9 inch bore so its 243s or aftermarket castings for best performance on a 5.7.
