What are you going to do with your car - track only, dd, street/strip? FWIW, a tr224 112 is gonna be about perfect and it's a proven cam. Do a search, it helped me.

Search the forum, a million posts debating which headers are the best. It is all going to boil down to what you want to spend.

i have a TR 227/224 114 cam I'm selling that would work well with your setup! it's not the all out baddest *** cam available, but it's decent for a daily driven car, and would give you reputable results.

Like others have already stated, headers while they aren't a MUST, they will help dramatically. You can still run a cam on stock manifolds and make good numbers, they just won't be as high as what you see guys around here posting up.
