Default Stock piston and rod weight

I need to know the weight of the stock piston and the stock rod in a 99 LS1. Just trying to figure where I will be balance-wise if I change to forged. Thanks.......

I had searched on here before posting, but after posting I went to trusty 'ol google. Looks like the pistons are somewhere around 435g and the rods should be 615-620. I am not worried about exact numbers, just trying to figure which crank to take to the machine shop-I have an LS1 crank and a 6 liter crank. Trying to figure which one would need the least balancing.
