Default Weird Noise by Timing Cover

Hi guys, my '00 SS started to make a noise that is coming from the front of the engine, almost behind the water pump. I installed an after market external power steering cooler, and at first thought it was that hitting the frame, but it wasn't, so you get an idea what it sounds like. What do you guys think it could be? It like 50 miles away from 200,000 miles, and I doubt the previous owner changed the timing chain.

could be your cam retainer plate bolts backing out and hitting the cover, seen that happen before. If you are certain the noise is coming from the front cover area best way to find out is to pull the cover and check it out
