LS1 with milled and ported 5.3 heads?

LS1 with milled and ported 5.3 heads? Im building up a new engine for my truck and I have a couple ?s. The bottom end is a stock 2000 LS1 with a TR224 cam and the heads are 2000 5.3 heads that have been milled .050 and ported. I will be using my stock truck intake. What kind of power am I looking at for this combo? Can I still use my 7.35 pushrods with the 5.7? thanks in advance for the help.
