I've pretty much decided on the cam I want to use, and on the intake side the duration is 232. With stock, unmilled heads, will I have any problems?

Stock unmilled heads will have no problems Brian. Remember LG is running the X2 and X3 on stock unmilled cars w/o flycutting....
Max lift is NOT all you need to be concerned with when determining PV clearance. Duration, LSA, and ICL all play a HUGE factor. For example, running a cam on a 108 ICL, will greatly reduce your clearance opposed to running something on a 112 ICL. When you lower the ICL, you're lowering your Intake Center Line and moving it closer to the piston....
A 232ish cam on a 108 ICL will work fine with stock unmilled heads.....
