Best cam for stock headers? If someone doesn't want to get LT headers for smog purposes what would be the best cam to get? Has to be able to pass smog of course, because there would be no point otherwise

With the '01 manifolds you have I am sure you can make pretty decent power. There quite a few Z06 guys running 390-410 RWHP through stock manifolds and cats... I would say on stock heads with a cam through manifolds and cats you could easily make 350-360 RWHP with a cutout.
