Default camshaft size questions 226/224 585/560 112lsa

I bought an 01 ss camaro, and the cam that it has in it is a size i have not herd of 226/224 .585/.560 112lsa compcam. I was wondering if this cam is any good and what kind of hp gains, also the 560 number seems very low but i do not know much about cams. Other mods are pacesetter long tube headers, off road y-pipe, slp air lid, fast 92/92, pro 5.0 short shifter, ported LS6 heads, , LS2 timing chain, LS6 oil pump, LS7 lifters, powerbond underdrive pulley, yella terra 1.7 rockers, global west sub frame connectors, BMR lower control arms, BMR LCA relocation brackets, eibach lowering kit, BMR panhard bar. Car has not been tuned yet.

IMO, get on a dyno, then get back to us with the results. A cam that size should be very streetable and have good power bandand low end power. You can definitely go bigger, but IMO you need to see where your at first with hp,tq,and powerband.
