Default LT1 Catback on LS1

My buddy wants to add a little sound to his LS1 and i have an old LT1 flowmaster cat back. Would this work? I have the old hangers from my car because i went with a True dual set up? He said he likes flowmaster and i just kind of rolled my eyes but will this work?

Well its a later model LT1 Catback for the dual cats? does that have anything to do with it fitting up with the Stock LS1 exhaust system?

The late model LT1 catback will work because the Ypipes exit in the same location. I did this 10 yrs ago with a Flowmaster SOTL setup.
