Ok so I did what you said, I replaced the fuel filter and its still doing that samething. What else can it be? ill explain it a little more, say im crusing in 3rd gear at about 2500 rpm and i give it gas to go faster well it will stuter a bit and choke. then it will be fine, that happens in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. help guys please.... oh and no the car isnt giving any codes, at least not on the dash! should I go and get it diagnosted or sumtin?

I forgot whether or not the 99's have an EGR valve. I would look into replacing it - if the valve is bad, it can cause part throttle problems.
