TSP stage 2.5, 5.3 heads on a 383?

TSP stage 2.5, 5.3 heads on a 383? I have a pair of TSP 5.3 heads for my LS1. When I tear the thing apart to put the heads on I'm replacing so many other parts that I'm considering just saving a little more money and building a 383, since that's what I would prefer to have anyway. My question is, do you all think that those heads would flow a 383 with say a ms3 or a ms4 cam? I've been searching the threads and saw a couple of mixed opinions, but not much on that subject. What do you all think? Thanks for any info.

I think those heads would work pretty well on that size motor. We have a few customers with that setup doing pretty well. Of course there is always better out there, but you should still be able to put up some pretty decent numbers. In fact I know we have a customer out there running our 383, our 2.5 5.3l heads, and the MS3 running mid to high 10s on motor in a convertible c5.
