Default What lift for my cam???

At what lift do AFR 205 heads fall off at. What I'm trying to do is figure out what lift would be good to go with my AFR 205 heads that have been milled to 62cc. The cam specs so far are 230/234 110 LSA. I'll be ordering the cam after Christmas, but need to figure out what lift to go with. From what i have read, you don't want the cam lift to be above what the heads flow. Is that right, or do I have it all mixed up? Any help would be great.

well how do you feel about replacing valvesprings and valvetrain wear? How many miles will you be putting on the car?

The car is not a daily driver; drive a few times a month, but will see some track time once all is finished. I guess what I'm asking is this; would anything over .600 even be worth it in regards to horsepower and torque? Where do the AFR heads fall off at?

I'll be having Futral grind it. 230/234 110 LSA, but not sure on the lift. What would you suggest?

First time I've seen another 230/234 cam. I've got a 230/234 .612/.598 112 LSA cam in my TA. But I have Patriot Stage 2 LS6 59cc heads.

Awesome, what kind of numbers you making? Did you have to flycut? This cam will go with my AFR heads, milled to 62cc. I chose the 110 LSA so I'll have good power under the curve and give me that rough ildle I want. You have any idle clips of your's?

Here's the most recent clip I have of the car. The sound is bad because of the camera (and probably the magnaflow) I was using and the black screen is because it was taken at night. I bought this car with the cam installed by the previous owner and was told it put down around 410 rwhp.
