Default Reinstalling rockers

My buddy is putting the top end of his maggied LS2 goat back together tomorrow and asked me about reinstalling the rockers. Everything in the drivetrain is stock.

is it as easy as, put the pushrod in, out the rocker on and trq to 22ft/lbs sping hte motor a few times and re check the torque?

Just make sure the lifter for each rocker is on the base circle of the cam when the rocker is torqued down.
