Default quick question about some milled 243 i want to buy

The guy said they were milled 25 thousandths and I would be around 10.75:1 with a stock LS1 bottom end. Does that sound about right? Also would I be fine on ptv clearance with a 226/230 600 lift cam?

You need to know what gasket your going to run before you can figure CR. But I can tell you that a 243 cut .020" with a GM mls .051" gasket will put you right at 11:1. What is the lsa on your cam?

The cam I'm looking at is on a 116+1 kinda a fi or nitrous cam. But I want a nice idle and drivability. So would a 11.3:1 ratio be safe to run with 91 octane? So far I've read keep It under 11.5:1 for 91 octane.

Maybe 93(with a good tune) but I cant see you getting away with 91.
