Swapping Cams How Much Will I gain????

Is it worth swapping this cam?????? My car is a C5 A4 I am running a TCS4200 stall with 3.73 gears I have all of the bolt on's, Stage 2 Heads milled .033. My current cam is 218/224 567/567 113. I am thinking about getting the F11 228/230 581/591 114+4. How much would I gain at the track and on the dyno? My car is currently at 387 RWHP thru 3.73 gears, stock cats and full exhaust.
