Camshaft markings? Possible F-1?

Camshaft markings? Possible F-1? My friend bought a 346 that dropped a valve to rebuild and the cam is still good, but have no idea what the markings mean. There are no duration, lift, or lsa #s. There is a F 1 cold stamped and a lazer etched set of numbers reading 0965

1031 on the back of the cam.
Any ideas?

The "0965 S 08" looks like a Comp Cams serial number. Give them a call and they can likely give you the full specs on it!
