Default 224/224 .581/.581 112 Lsa

If i have 325 RWHP and 345 RWTQ, what kind of numbers do you guys think this would bring me to? It's a daily street driven car but i was looking for a nice gain.

you arent going to gain nearly as much as you should without getting some header first. it will be choaking itself with headers id say youd make around 380

I think you will see some gains but you would see better gains with headers and a cam. I have that cam with the 114 LSA and I love the difference it made. Haven't had a chance to dyno it yet but I am guessing around 30-40 rwhp gain.

edit: damn he beat me to it.

Think of the headers this way. Inhale through your mouth and exhale through a straw. That is kind of what is happening with your engine and stock exhaust manifolds.

You can still do a cam without headers...buddy of mine just put down 385rhwp with a B1 cam and he still has exhaust manifolds.

Don't do a cam without doing springs, rods and retainers.

springs and rods are necessary, but you can use stock retainers for this setup..

I know you need the new springs and push rods but you can use the retainers, i also know i need headers, but its just a matter of time. I'm thinking of waiting till april or so and doing headers/cam/tuning at once over spring break. its just depending on if i can have the money to where it is set aside and im not sqeezing the payment in with the parts.

I'd say without headers, 350rwhp is about it. 380rwhp with headers. I have this cam, and love it. I also used stock retainers. Just changed pushrods/springs/cam.

Peace,

It may be hard to believe, but it's possible ... I made 380 with a 216/216 cam thru manifolds ...

Are you talking about the comp cam?? I had to order my cam directly with grind numbers. I can get those for you if you want ... complete specs on the cam are:

216/216 .587/.587 114+2
