Default GrandAm cam in 388 all bore?

I asked about cams for a 388 all bore. What would the GrandAm cam be like in a 388 all bore (M6 car)?

It would be awesome and I think it would make great power; you wouldn't have to spin it that high and because of the lower lift it'd be easier on your valvetrain. But I wouldn't want that in my daily driver, especially with an M6. Anything under 1100 rpms and the car will buck like crazy. you will definitely have cold start/idle issues some of the time even with a great tune, I do it in my weekend warrior for sure.

Is it the LSA, the duration, or both that make is so bad? What would be a "better" cam without going "too small" (I know thats all dependant on A LOT of things but still...)?
