I blew a head gasket. heads are warped. i wan to buy a new set. I looked at Patriot Heads. I was wandering what you guys thought on what i should do. My heads on the car are 243 stock castings with all the goodies. Help me out !!!

i got patriots on my car and had real good sucess with them i did have them hand ported by a friend that does head porting for a living but all in all patriots are my choice i dont know anything about the others ......

Send your 243 heads to TEA or Livernois Motorsports..

I would no doubt take PRC, TEA, AFR over Patriots.

Patriots are hit or miss, Trick Flow move the valve angle down from 15 to 13.5, AFR's, TEA's are all good heads its your choice if your still stock displacement dont get anything over 215s

How bad are yours warped? Take them to a machine shop and see if you can mill them and get them ported should save you $$, port jobs run from 550-750 and you can see similar hp gains, I had a set of 241s race ported and they flow better than a set of CNC'd ones, food for thought!
