Default Should my pan have this hole in it?

I just got this pan used to switch out for my swap. I'm not sure if this hole should be there or if it will effect anything. It may be a little hard to see but its where the oil filter holes are at. Any help is appreciated.

It looks normal to me. However, you are missing the block-off plate that goes above the filter. You are going to need that
