Default timing chain ?

I either must be really retarded with the search, or just really dont know how to use it...

My motor went boom, and im replacing the oil pump that was in there with a melling unit.

I cant remember if the double roller wont clear the melling or not. Or should i jsut go with the katech c5r one.

Opinions?

That was what I was reading back 3 years ago when I did my cam, to do the LS2 or Katech which I beleive made the C5r chain. In my situation the car had 30k on it so I kept the stock Oil pump and Chain. The next cam or next motor will have a double roller or something in that range.
