One of your customers just claimed he talked to you over the valve seals that Patriot is currently using and states that you are now putting Fel-Pro Viton seals in the updated models.

IS THIS TRUE? If so, when did you start?

I just talked to Terry on the phone and he does use VITON seals now.

I started using a viton seal a couple of weeks ago.Up until that point I used a teflon seal.The teflon seal will was not doing a good job.

I did qualify this with a reply in the other thread - Terry suggested I use these instead after we talked and I agreed with him due to MY experience with seals in Drag only cars vs. daily street driven cars.

I actually didn't know whetther or not these were part of his regular production as of late - it was my preference.

If they are, then just another good example of continous R&D/upgrades by Patriot. Then are many larger companies that do not do this after a product is released - they just come out with a new product for more $$.
