Does a stall have any effect on the motor negatively

Damn, use some punctuation....

....I'd say some shocks, Bilsteins are less than $500 and will make the car handle/drive completely different, especially with that many miles on the shocks now. If you're using it strictly for drag, maybe something else, but if it sees any street miles new shocks would be good!

BTW, a stall would be very worthwhile too, I definitely would suggest both, what you go with first is up to you.

Definetly save up a little more and put good stall in it. You wont regret it.
